About me

I offer psychosocial counseling in Vienna for people navigating transitions, demanding professional contexts, and life between cultures.

My work is grounded in clarity, structure, and respect for each person's unique process. It is important to me that my clients feel comfortable and heard. I want to offer a safe space where there is no judgement, but soft guiding towards your goal.

My story

My professional path began in the field of Communication and Translation, shaped by international experiences in England and Guatemala. Working with children abroad strengthened my empathy and broadened my understanding of different life realities.

Over time, I felt drawn to working more directly with people and their inner processes. This led me to train in mental coaching and to complete my studies in Psychosocial Counseling.

Through my work in a coaching & consulting company and in counseling in the non-profit sector, I have supported individuals facing professional and personal challenges, helping them regain clarity, confidence, and direction.
