Warm and calm setting for reflective group work

Group Workshops

Compact, structured group workshops with specific topics for individuals and organizations that address underlying psychosocial challenges and want support in purposeful change. Through guided group work, participants identify core stressors and patterns, strengthen self- and co-regulation and translate insight into concrete, immediately applicable steps for everyday and professional contexts. Focus areas may include stress regulation, resilience in demanding roles, communication dynamics, and navigating life- or role-transitions, with particular sensitivity to international and multicultural teams.

About me

My path began in the field of Communication and Translation, shaped by international experiences in England and Guatemala. Working with children abroad deepened my empathy and broadened my understanding of different life realities. Over time, I felt called to work more directly with people and their inner processes. This led me to train in mental coaching and to complete my studies in Psychosocial Counseling. Through my work in a coaching & consulting company and in counseling in the non-profit sector, I have supported individuals facing professional and personal challenges, helping them regain clarity, confidence, and direction. Today, I offer a safe and respectful space for reflection, growth, and sustainable change. For me, psychosocial counseling is more than a profession: it is a meaningful commitment to walking alongside people as they rediscover their own strength and inner clarity.

Frequently asked questions

You might have some questions before your first counseling session. The questions and answers below are meant to offer some orientation.

What is psychosocial counseling?

Psychosocial counseling offers a supportive space to reflect on personal, emotional, relational, or life-related challenges. It can help you better understand your situation, strengthen your resources, and find new ways of coping and moving forward.

Who is counseling for?

Counseling is for everyone who may be experiencing stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, or challenges related to work, identity, or belonging. You do not need to be in crisis to seek support.

What topics can I bring to counseling?

You can bring whatever feels important to you. Common topics include stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family dynamics, decision-making, self-esteem, life changes, intercultural challenges, and the feeling of being stuck or overwhelmed.

How do I know if counseling is right for me?

It’s important to me that you feel comfortable with me. That’s exactly what the first session is for. During this session, we’ll find out together to determine whether my counseling is the right fit for your situation.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, talk about what brings you here, and explore what kind of support would be most helpful. It is also a chance for you to see whether the setting feels right for you.

Do I have to prepare anything before a session?

No special preparation is needed. You can simply come as you are. Some people like to think in advance about what they want to talk about, while others prefer to start from what feels most present in the moment.

Is counseling confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a central part of the counseling process. What you share underlies my confidentiality in accordance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

In which languages do you offer counseling?

I offer sesseions in English and German, depending on what feels more natural and comfortable for you.

How many sessions do people usually have?

This varies from person to person. For some clients, just 3–5 sessions can be helpful around a specific issue, while others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. The process can be adapted to your needs and goals.

How can I get started?

You can get in touch by email to ask questions or arrange an initial appointment. From there, you can decide without pressure whether you would like to begin counseling.
